Weekly Classes at Wild Lotus Yoga Collective
Restorative & Yoga Nidra - Mondays 4PM
This class is an invitation to soften and reset at the start of your week.
We’ll begin with gentle, fully supported restorative poses designed to help the body release tension and the nervous system settle. From there, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful meditation practiced lying down, where the body can rest while the mind remains softly aware.
This practice is open to all levels and especially supportive for those feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a place to land. No prior experience is needed, just come as you are.
Community Flow - Fridays 4PM
This open-level flow class is a space to move, breathe, and practice together. Expect a steady, breath-centered sequence that builds warmth in the body while leaving room to move at your own pace.
Options and variations are always offered, making the practice accessible whether you’re newer to yoga or looking to deepen your experience.
More than anything, this class is about connection, to your body, your breath, and the community around you. Come as you are and take what you need from the practice.
