Argentina began practicing yoga as a teenager as a way to cope with anxiety and everything that was going on at the time. What started as occasional relief soon became a steady and meaningful part of her life.
In 2015, she completed her teacher training at ISHTA Yoga in New York City, followed by advanced studies in Yoga Nidra and meditation. She’s been teaching ever since, including several years full-time, helping fast-paced New Yorkers slow down and experience deep rest.
Argentina brings years of teaching experience across studio, corporate, retreat, and trauma-sensitive settings. Her classes are breath-centered and open-level, with an emphasis on creating a space that feels welcoming and inclusive. She also teaches yoga for survivors of domestic violence in western North Carolina.
Deeply connected to nature, Argentina hosts local retreats that incorporate Forest Therapy and yoga, as well as international retreats where she shares elements of her Latin American heritage with her students. Her work also extends online, where she offers guided meditations, Yoga Nidra, and breathwork practices to a wider community.
