Yoga On The Meadow a private yoga studio located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Tryon, North Carolina. We offer private yoga classes, specialized workshops, day retreats, and overnight (local & international) retreats.

Our Yoga experiences are cozy and intimate (no more than 10 participants, although overnight retreats are slightly larger) and meant to build community and mindful connections while practicing the art of deep relaxation and healing.

Overnight Retreats

Overnight Yoga Retreats are hosted internationally or locally in the United States (U.S.). The duration ranges from 3-7 nights and the location is someplace surrounded by beautiful beaches, mountains, or tropical forests. Expect twice daily yoga, nourishing meals, group excursions, workshops, and more.

Workshops / Mini Retreats

A calming, restorative workshop for stressed out bodies and minds and/or those looking to unwind at the end of their day or week. This workshop is hosted outdoors at our location in Tryon, NC. They are 90-minutes or 2-hours long and may include restorative poses, sound bath meditation, breathwork, yoga nidra, or all of the above. Workshops are hosted April through October.

Private Yoga

MEET YOUR HOST INSTRUCTOR

Hey, I’m Argentina.

I started practicing yoga and meditation when I was in high school. I was stressed, overwhelmed, and highly anxious due to the many changes that were happening in my life at the time.

I was a teenager back then, and yoga became my sanctuary. It changed the way I handled everything that was going on. It changed my life. I practiced at home because I was too anxious to go to a group class. And actually, when I practiced, I used to put up a sign on my bedroom door that said “do not disturb.” Geeky, I know. But that’s how serious I was. Now I’m a full-time instructor and coach with a mission to share this powerful, healing practice with as many people as I can…
