Our Mission
At Yoga On The Meadow, our mission is to share the practice of yoga as a tool towards physical, mental, emotional, and holistic well-being. We provide inclusive, accessible yoga practices in a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment.
LOCATION
Yoga On The Meadow is located on a private property nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Tryon, North Carolina.
We are within a few miles distance from many outdoor attractions (wineries, Equestrian, hiking trails and waterfalls, zip lining, farms, vacation rentals, and more).

Our classes are open-level and suitable to all. Students are given a range of variations that allows them to explore and customize their practice to suit their individual needs.
To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other viral conditions, we highly recommend that you bring your own mat and props. However, we can provide upon request if you don’t have them available. Our props are cleaned with natural disinfectant spray before and after use.
There is a 10-minute late policy, which we do out of respect of those practicing, to keep your body safe, and for you to enjoy the full benefit of the class.
If there’s a chance of rain, the class will be cancelled and you’ll receive a full refund. The instructor will make the decision 2 hours before class in order to respect your time.
If it rains DURING class, we’ll wrap things up and you’ll get credit to join another class free of charge.
Children 12 and older are welcome to join as long as they’re accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We currently don’t have restrooms or changing rooms on site.
Yes, but we recommend that you consult with your medical doctor to ensure that it’s safe for you. We also recommended that you let the instructor know (if possible) so that they can provide you with modifications as needed.
