4-week flexibility series

Next series starts April 2, 2022 / 11:00 AM

 With the help of props (balls, straps, blankets…), you’ll be guided through a series of yin-inspired poses and myofascial release exercises to help alleviate pain, improve flexibility and range of motion, and reduce stress.

A well-rounded series perfect for horseback riders, strength trainers, hikers, office workers, and just about anyone who could use a little more mobility in their day-to-day lives.

WHAT WE'LL COVER

WEEK 1 - neck, arms, shoulders

Neck, shoulder girdle, biceps, triceps, forearm, hands, and wrists.

WEEK 2 - torso (sides, front, back)

Obliques, chest, abs, upper, middle, and lower back.

WEEK 3 - hips

Inner, outer hips, hip flexors (psoas).

WEEK 4 - legs

Inner and outer thighs, quads, hamstrings, calves, and feet.

THE DETAILS

  • Sessions are on Saturdays, 11:00am – 12:pm.
  • Props are provided, but please bring a medium-sized towel to place over the blankets.
  • Space is limited to 8 students.
  • Cost is $65 for the series.
